Simple commissioning with fully automatic process

The WCD2-c was developed to kill bacteria (germs) in process water and break down organic substances.

Based on water electrolysis using diamond electrodes, the WCD2-c is capable of purifying and disinfecting the process water from hypothermia devices. WCD2-c can be easily installed and commissioned without any special prior knowledge.

Preparation

• Before initial use, fill the hypothermia device with clean/sterile water
• Connect the tubes between the WCD2-c and the hypothermia device

Cleaning and disinfection

• Activate the pumps and press the start button.
• Cleaning/disinfection of the process water is fully automatic.
• No user support is required during the 10-minute process.

completion

• WCD2-c signals the end of the cleaning/disinfection process
• Disconnect the hoses and remove the WCD2-c – the hypothermia device is now ready for use
